Within Australia: Orders over AU$150.00 are shipped for free. You will be paying AU$ 8.00 including insurance for orders under AU$150.
International: For most countries the shipping and handling will be AU$15.00 including insurance. Some countries where Australia Post do not offer insurance will be a different price. Please contact me for more details about your country.
Once you have decided on your order choose Add to Cart. To add more items to your order choose to continue shopping. Once you have chosen all the items you wish to buy continue to Checkout. If you are not already logged on you will be asked to create an account if you are e new customer or sign in if you are a returning customer. The account will only hold the details we need to deal with you as a customer like your name and address. It will NOT hold any information about your credit card.
When you are logged in and have proceeded to Checkout you will need to confirm your delivery address and your billing address. When you come to Order Confirmation you will be asked to click on the link to Paymate to fill out you payment details. You have the option of paying using your credit card or transfer from an Australian bank account. After you have filled out your payment details you need to return this website to confirm your order.
Your order will be shipped as soon as your payment has been received. This usually takes 3 working days from the day you enter your payment.
